You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Cancellation requests must be made before the order enters the shipping process, which typically occurs within 24-48 hours of order placement.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned items must include this RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For items purchased during promotional periods, refunds will be issued at the discounted purchase price.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within 3-5 business days.
